		<description>Totally agree, Chris. Being able to articulate why you&#039;re on Facebook or Twitter in the first place is important. But I&#039;d rather interact with an authentic contractor on those platforms than one who&#039;s worried more about SEO, hashtags and his Klout score -- more worried about doing social media &quot;right&quot; than about saying something that&#039;s real.</description>

		<description>Yes, you need to be authentic.  But, as a business, you  better have a social media strategy to guide your efforts.  Being authentic without having clear, well-though out objectives is pointless for a business.

It is possible to have authenticity and a strategy at the same time.
