Foo and financing

without comments

When I’m not writing about the green industry, I’m rocking and rolling. And one of my favorite bands, the Foo Fighters, is going on tour. But even Dave Grohl and company realize people still don’t have a lot of disposable income. Instead of expecting fans to drop about $100 for tickets, they are offering payment plans for their fans. The options are below.

50% DOWN
Selecting this payment option will allow you to pay a 50% deposit of your order total now plus service fees, with the remaining 50% automatically deducted from your card on July 1st, 2011.

30% DOWN + EQUAL PAYMENTS
Selecting this option will allow you to pay 30% of your order total plus service fees as your first payment, with the remaining total automatically deducted in equal payments on June 1st and July 1st, 2011.

While it’s nice to have all the money up front, maybe introducing some type of payment plan in your company will give customers temporary relief and build some customer loyalty. I mean, if rock stars can do it, can’t you?
